Eat Sil

Directly coupled motor 8 models - flow rates from 200 m3/h a 6500 m3/h. The EAT SIL series extraction units featureextremely low operating noise.The series includes 8 models with directly coupled fans.Thanks to the different combinations of impeller diameter,rotationspeed and power supply, our range covers field offlow-rates from 200 m3/h to 6500 m3/h with working pressure upto 45 mm.w.c.The electric fans are available in single or dual intake versions, with statically and dynamically balanced impellerstominimise the transmission of noise. The high working pressures ensures the extraction or inlet of air in a seriesofrooms.The structure is made from aluzink, with perforated internal panelling; a 50 mm layer of soundproofing material(glasswool) is installed between the panels.The electric fans(single or dual intake) have forward blades, with externalimpeller motors, except for model EAT SIL450T which has built-in thermal contact for the motor. Vibration damping munts are installed between the structureand the fan, to attenuate the transmission of any vibrations. The fan can beinspected and removed from above.

Belt transmission motor 9 model from 1700 m3/h to 25000 m3/h Horizontal (H) and Vertical (V) versions. Nine modelavailable, Orizzontal and Vertical, they are created in a single unit, the frame is made of extruded anodised aluminiumprofiles and double zinc panels thikness 23 mm, insulated with 45 Kg/m3 density poliuretan. Filtering section isrealised with filtering material in polyester, G4 class (efficiency 90,1% weighted), metallic frame and containingelectrosolded net. Water heating and cooling coils are made in Copper-Aluminium, mechanically mandrelled, withframe in zinc-plate and collectors in steel with threaded junctions, and the tight is tested into thewater at the pressureof 30 Ate using dry air. All the models have centrifugal fan with double intake a forward blades completed withantivibrateing junction on the pressing mouth, asynchrony triphase motor with cage-rotor, protection degree IP55 andwinding in F class, according to IEC 34-1 and IEC 72 norms, assembled on asuitable belt-tighter slide. The assemblingof the fan and of the motor is on a onlyamortised base. The Drive is by pulleys and V- belts.The unit is also fittedwith a safety micro-switch and protective net.

EPH GEO GENIUS HE

EPH Genius belong to the collection FORTYchiller, the custom-made air conditioning solutions. The Genius system is composed from a reversible heat pump, a boiler, available in the version with coil heat exchanger too, and an interface appositely designed for heating the domestic hot water. EPH is a water cooled heat pump, designed for the indoor installation. This unit has got an heat recovery and a device for the desuperheating of the refrigerant. It’s produced also in the geothermic version called. EPH Genius Geo, which exploit the ground source by means of vertical or horizontal heat exchanger. There is a range of ten different sizes with heating capacity from 5,5 kW to 38,6 kW, accordingly to the application and the working mode chosen by the customer.The unit is available in the AP version hydronic kit with water storage tank and circulating pump. The unit is designed for being supplemented with alternative energies as manifold solar panels. Accessories: - coolant gauges; - vibrating dampening support feet; - top remoting kit; - pressure valve and solenoid valve (only for EPH Genius); - BVA stainless steel tank (200 – 300 – 500 litres); - BVS stainless steel tank with coil heat exchanger (200 – 300 – 500 litres); - built-in anti-legionella resistance (2 – 3 kW); - hydronic kit pump + heat exchanger; - outside air sensor for dynamic set point; - geothermic outlet temperature sensor (only for EPH Genius Geo); - supplementary solar manifold temperature sensor. These accessories are provided separately from the unit and must be installed by the customer. EPH Genius forma parte de la familia FORTYchiller, una gama creada para la climatización a medida. La bomba de calor reversible EPH, para instalación en interiores, está refrigerada por agua e incluye un recuperador de calor y un dispositivo de desrecalentamiento del gas refrigerante. Se produce también en la versión geotérmica EPH Genius Geo, que aprovecha el calor del suelo por medio de sondas de profundidad u horizontales. Las potencias térmicas, según la aplicación elegida y la modalidad de funcionamiento fijada, pueden variar entre los 5,5 kW y los 38,6 kW. Las unidades también están disponibles en la versión AP con kit hidrónico dotado de depósito de acumulación inercial y bomba de circulación del agua del lado de instalación. La máquina está preparada para el añadido de otras fuentes de calor alternativas como los colectores térmicos solares. Accesorios bajo pedido: - manómetros refrigerantes; - kit de remotización top; - patas de soporte antivibraciones; - válvula presostática y electroválvula (versión de agua); - acumulador inox BVS versión estándar (200 – 300 – 500 litros); - acumulador inox BVS con serpentín complementario (200 – 300 – 500 litros); - resistencia complementaria anti-legionela (2 – 3 kW); - kit intercambiador – bomba; - sonda de aire exterior para punto de consigna dinámico; - sonda de temperatura geotérmica de descarga (versión geotérmica); - sonda de colector solar complementario. Todos estos accesorios se suministran por separado para su instalación por parte del usuario.
